OUR STORY

For the past five years, Hayley Williams and her team at Hockey Worldwide, have dedicated themselves to improving off-season development for female ice hockey players in North America. 

In traveling from camp to camp, tournament to tournament, she has built relationships with hundreds of players across the country whose families are all trying to do the same thing–help their daughter(s) find success on and off the ice. 

Time and time again, Hayley has heard the same struggles about their paths forward: 

1. Confusion - not knowing which program, camp, or showcase to choose. Do we do some? All? Which are actually helpful? 
2. Burn Out - constant travel, no rest days, & lack of emphasis on recovery, leading to stagnant player growth and tired parents. 
3. Empty Pockets - and wondering where exactly all the money went…

After years of having the same conversations with tired athletes and parents, Hayley realized that the current off-season environment in our sport comes at the expense of the players’ development.
