Hayley Williams is the founder of Hockey Worldwide Academy, where she leads with a mission to help female hockey playersĀ make their dream team by teaching, training, and inspiring them to become strong, skilled, and confident, both on and off the ice.
With a 10-year professional playing career and international experience with the Hungarian national team, including multiple IIHF World Championship appearances and two close runs at Olympic qualification, Hayley understands the physical, mental, and emotional demands of a high-level athletic journey. Her path, marked by grit, resilience, and reinvention, shaped the foundation of the academy sheā€™s built.
Hockey Worldwide Academy takes a holistic approach to player development, blending elite on-ice and off-ice training with education in mindset, leadership, and personal growth.
Hayley brings the same mental toughness and high-performance mindset that fueled her playing career into every training environment, equipping young athletes with the tools to overcome adversity, believe in themselves, and rise to their potential.
